Celebrating My Senior Promotion at Aquavit! 🥂🎉

To celebrate my promotion, I chose Aquavit — a two‑Michelin‑star Nordic restaurant in NYC ⭐️⭐️, and it was absolutely wonderful! The flavors here are more delicate compared to many other fine‑dining spots, but the seafood is incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. I especially loved tonight’s crab leg dish 🦀 — tender, sweet, and paired with a tangy sauce that really awakened the palate. The dessert was a true highlight 🍮 — creatively plated, with layers of texture and flavor. Since we mentioned it was a promotion celebration, they even surprised us with a complimentary dark chocolate mousse, which was divine! ❤️🍫 From the elegant ambiance to the attentive service and refined dishes, it was a night to remember.
