Cento Pasta Bar – Los Angeles 🍝🇮🇹
Finally visited this pasta bar I’ve been wanting to try for so long! The place is small—we sat at the counter and watched the chefs busy in the open kitchen 🧑🍳 They also have outdoor seating. Reservations are recommended for both indoor and outdoor spots. Valet parking is available, or you can try street parking in the nearby neighborhood. We ordered several recommended dishes: ➡️ Steak Tartare An appetizer—wanted to order scallops but they’re not serving them now. This was refreshing and the bread was delicious. Recommended! ➡️ Squid Ink Mafaldine Tasted a bit like Chinese mixed noodles—slightly spicy, but the flavor wasn’t strong enough. The squid ink pasta had a great chew though. ➡️ Spicy Pomodoro Their signature dish—lives up to the hype! Perfect balance of creaminess and spicy sauce. Highly recommend! ➡️ Branzino Grilled fish—crispy skin with well-seasoned, tender and juicy meat. Might be a bit salty for some; you can ask for less salt. ➡️ Banana Tiramisu A classic dessert—worth a try! A bit on the sweet side, but well-made overall. 📍 Address: 4921 W Adams Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016 #LosAngeles #HiddenGemEats #PastaRecommendations #LALife #FoodDiary #ItalianFood #OpenKitchen #DateNightSpot #LAFoodGuide #MustTry
