Century-Old Restaurant | Locally Adored Authentic French Cuisine

This time, following the trend turned out to be a huge success. A friend came to Paris for a vacation and wanted to try something special, so we chose this place. It’s all authentic dishes!! If you want to try real French cuisine, this is the place to go. 😎 😘 Restaurant Name: L’Escargot Montorgueil 📍 Address: 38 Rue Montorgueil, 75001 Paris 🌟 Appetizers: Tuna Tartare: This seems to be a new dish; I hadn’t seen it in any guides before. Fresh tuna mixed with avocado, onion, and drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice. The fish is tender and fresh, making it a very refreshing and appetizing starter. Snail Platter (six snails): Available in traditional, black truffle, and foie gras flavors. We decided to try the original flavor first. The snails were tender and juicy, and we couldn’t get enough. We also ordered the black truffle version, which I preferred. Every bite was unforgettable! The snail meat is rich and delicious; you have to try it to experience the surprise. Oyster Platter: The taste is pretty standard. Squeeze some lemon juice on them, and they are plump and fresh. There are many good oyster places in Paris! ❤️ Main Courses: French Confit Duck Leg: This dish is very meticulous. The duck is marinated, then sealed with oil, and finally roasted until the skin is crispy. The duck meat falls apart easily and is tender and flavorful. Eating it with the sauce makes it even better! It was so enjoyable. Foie Gras Steak: The foie gras is incredibly smooth and rich, melting in your mouth. The steak is perfectly pan-fried, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The combination of the two offers a rich flavor profile. The dish comes with a potato nest base, which is highly recommended by the restaurant staff. Must-try!💕 Sole Fish (Roasted Sole): The sole is very well-prepared, cleaned thoroughly, and marinated with salt, lemon juice, and other seasonings before roasting. The result is a crispy skin and tender, juicy fish with a hint of lemon and olive oil aroma. It’s a classic French preparation! Seafood lovers should definitely give it a try. All the dishes we ordered are traditional French dishes, and none of them disappointed. 😂 💰 The average cost per person is around 60 euros, which is quite reasonable. If you drink, you can try their natural wine! #MaraisFood #ParisianRestaurantRecommendations #EatInParis #EuropeanTravelFood #ParisEats #FrenchCuisine #FoodieLife
