Chambers is a hidden gem that looks unassuming from the outside. 🌟
Tucked between two stores, it always seems to be bustling with people whenever I pass by. I’ve been curious for ages! Finally, I walked in and asked if they had any availability for 9 PM, and they said yes! I quickly added my name to the waitlist. ❤️ For the sesame pizza Bianca, it felt a bit underwhelming. The entire base was sesame-infused with a salty crust, which seemed a bit overdone compared to the regular complimentary bread. For appetizers, we chose shrimp 🦐 and fish slices 🍊. The shrimp were very bouncy, with a rich sauce and a strong charcoal aroma. My friend also enjoyed the fish slices, even though I’m not a huge fan of raw fish. 💚 For the main courses, we chose three dishes: Roast chicken 🐔: The chicken was tender with a crispy skin, making it very delicious. Special duck pasta 🍝: It was loaded with sauce, and each bite felt indulgent. Sea bass 🐟⭕️: This was the most average dish for me because the sauce was too sour, overshadowing the fish’s natural flavor. #NewYork #NYC #HiddenGems 🌆🌟
