Chambers is a hidden gem that looks unassuming from the outside. π
Tucked between two stores, it always seems to be bustling with people whenever I pass by. Iβve been curious for ages! Finally, I walked in and asked if they had any availability for 9 PM, and they said yes! I quickly added my name to the waitlist. β€οΈ For the sesame pizza Bianca, it felt a bit underwhelming. The entire base was sesame-infused with a salty crust, which seemed a bit overdone compared to the regular complimentary bread. For appetizers, we chose shrimp π¦ and fish slices π. The shrimp were very bouncy, with a rich sauce and a strong charcoal aroma. My friend also enjoyed the fish slices, even though Iβm not a huge fan of raw fish. π For the main courses, we chose three dishes: Roast chicken π: The chicken was tender with a crispy skin, making it very delicious. Special duck pasta π: It was loaded with sauce, and each bite felt indulgent. Sea bass πβοΈ: This was the most average dish for me because the sauce was too sour, overshadowing the fishβs natural flavor. #NewYork #NYC #HiddenGems ππ
