Chargrilled Sea Scallops

A couple of weeks ago, I dined at this popular Spanish restaurant, and I was completely overwhelmed by the aroma. The charcoal-grilled sea scallops and the lobster seafood paella were incredibly fragrant – who could resist such delights! It's definitely a must-try in New York. This place was previously a Michelin one-star restaurant. The ambiance is also fantastic, surpassing most Spanish Tapas in New York. 🔥 Cigalas Langoustines: The charcoal-grilled Norwegian sea scallops were the best of the night! The large scallops were grilled to a golden red, exuding a rich aroma with a strong charcoal flavor. The shrimp meat was incredibly tender! A true favorite. 🔥 ARROZ CALDOSO: The lobster seafood paella was exceptionally excellent! It was full of freshness and aroma, bubbling with flavor. The rice, soaked in the broth, paired perfectly with the seafood. It's also great with bread! The lobster was large and well worth it. 🔥 TORTILLA DE ‘BETANZOS’: Who could resist a runny, crispy potato omelette? The filling is soft, diced potatoes, and a runny egg, with the outer egg layer baked to a golden brown. This combination is just perfect. 🔥 PULPO Á FEIRA: The octopus is prepared differently from traditional Spanish Tapas. The outer seasoning tastes like it's from a barbecue joint, but the octopus itself is tender and smooth, perfect for snacking with a drink. 🔥 JAMON IBÉRICO DE BELLOTA '5 JOTAS': Iberian ham, served with just the right amount of bread. #LateNightSnackFreedom #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration #ManhattanFoodNYC #NewYorkLife #SpanishFoodNYC #SpanishRestaurantNYC #SpanishSeafoodPaellaNYC
