My three days in Charleston coincided with the most beautiful spring — right after finishing my Master thesis, every breath felt like pure joy! 😊🌿 While vegan options aren’t abundant in this seafood-focused coastal town (where flavors tend to be bold), I still discovered some lovely plant-based gems: Basic Kitchen ☕️ A cozy café downtown — tried their Energy Bowl with a uniquely delicious sauce! The Pineapple Hut 🍍 100% vegan pineapple sorbet — cute and refreshingly sweet! Middleton Place 🎃 A simple pumpkin salad, but dining surrounded by lush gardens felt magical — like the whole world was glowing. 💚 Charleston City Market 🌰 Found my favorite cinnamon almonds here — crunchy and warmly spiced!
