Check-in at Prato Brewery 🍻｜Fabbrica in Pedavena I spent the entire month of July eating at home to focus on my diet 😅, but August finally arrived, and I got to visit this long-bookmarked brewery with my girlfriends! 😼 📍 Location: Prato, right past the Grand Hotel International, near the roundabout. 🅿️ Parking: Super convenient—spots available right next to and across from the restaurant. (The building opposite looked like a Chinese Catholic church or something.) 🏡 Ambiance: The place is huge, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor area has different styles of tables and chairs—some perfect for drinks, others for meals, and even lounge chairs! The decor is gorgeous, with shelves displaying beer bottles, glass jars, and other knickknacks. Even the hallway to the restrooms is filled with photo-worthy details—every corner is Instagrammable. ⏰ Timing & Crowd: We arrived around 7:30 PM, and the sun was still up, so the outdoor seating was a bit too sunny. The indoor area wasn’t seating guests yet, and there were only two other tables occupied outside. Since this is primarily a beer spot, most people probably come later (around 8 or 9 PM) just to drink and chat. 🤣 No big deal—we ordered anyway! 🍽️ Food Review: We got: A chicken burger Roasted potatoes A salame charcuterie board Beef Honestly… everything was just okay. The pickles were my first time trying them, and they were pretty good, LOL. The meal was decent until bees and flies started swarming our table, which kinda ruined the vibe. 🙄 We rushed through the rest and ended with dessert—a mousse yogurt with mango sauce—which was also just… meh. 😮‍💨 💸 Total for two: €75.
