Check-In Series - Ramen Danbo 🍜✨

Hey ramen lovers! 🍜 I’m on a mission to explore the best noodles in New York, and today, I’m diving into Ramen Danbo! 🌟 Ramen Danbo has two locations in New York: West Village and Park Slope. From what I’ve heard online, Park Slope is supposed to be the better one, so that’s where I headed! πŸ—ΊοΈ At 11:25 AM, the restaurant was empty, which was a pleasant surprise! I quickly took a seat and ordered their signature dish: the Tonkotsu Pork Broth ramen with three pan-fried dumplings and extra Chashu. πŸ” This meal was more than enough for my little dino buddy and me! The noodles are truly legendaryβ€”thin and perfectly cooked. The Chashu was thick and juicy, just the right amount of fatty without being greasy. πŸ– Usually, I find ramen broth a bit too salty, but this one was surprisingly just right! The only thing I’d say is that the egg could be a bit softer. πŸ₯š Recommendation: Come for lunch to enjoy the quiet and soak in the Japanese ambiance. Afterward, take a 9-minute walk to Barclays Center for some excitement! 🏟️ #NYCFoodie #JapaneseRamen πŸŒ†πŸŒŸ
