Check-In Series - Ramen Danbo πβ¨
Hey ramen lovers! π Iβm on a mission to explore the best noodles in New York, and today, Iβm diving into Ramen Danbo! π Ramen Danbo has two locations in New York: West Village and Park Slope. From what Iβve heard online, Park Slope is supposed to be the better one, so thatβs where I headed! πΊοΈ At 11:25 AM, the restaurant was empty, which was a pleasant surprise! I quickly took a seat and ordered their signature dish: the Tonkotsu Pork Broth ramen with three pan-fried dumplings and extra Chashu. π This meal was more than enough for my little dino buddy and me! The noodles are truly legendaryβthin and perfectly cooked. The Chashu was thick and juicy, just the right amount of fatty without being greasy. π Usually, I find ramen broth a bit too salty, but this one was surprisingly just right! The only thing Iβd say is that the egg could be a bit softer. π₯ Recommendation: Come for lunch to enjoy the quiet and soak in the Japanese ambiance. Afterward, take a 9-minute walk to Barclays Center for some excitement! ποΈ #NYCFoodie #JapaneseRamen ππ
