⏰ Checked in at 11:11, but the food was a bit of a letdown...

Maybe my expectations were too high. The Double Kimchi Cheese 🧀 that everyone recommended was quite disappointing. The croissant was sliced and filled with scrambled eggs, cheese slices, and kimchi, but it arrived lukewarm. The cheese didn't melt, there was barely any kimchi, and the combination of flavors just didn't work well together. 🥐 The croissant looked pretty cheap. The seasonal Rose Matcha Latte was okay—it was just a matcha latte with rose syrup, more photogenic than delicious. The taro waffle was relatively better compared to the croissant with scrambled eggs. It was quite filling, and the waffle had a nice crispy exterior. 📈 The café is pretty empty on weekday mornings. If you're in the area, it's fine for a quick bite, but it's not worth making a special trip for. 🌟 The much-hyped 11:11 brunch that I finally tried! The Double Kimchi Cheese was surprisingly delicious!🥰 The combination of scrambled eggs, cheese, and kimchi was amazing—refreshing yet rich. It was so good that I couldn't stop eating! The Salmon Deluxe sandwich had a pretty standard pairing of avocado cream and salmon. It was good, but nothing extraordinary. The bread could have been better; it was a bit too chewy. The toppings were moist, making the bread even more soggy. I think toasting it would have made it tastier. 🏠 The atmosphere of the café was really nice, though. The only downside was that the drinks were pretty average—nothing fancy. But the food was definitely worth it and worth a second visit! 📍 Eleven11:11Eleven|Café&Brunch 📍 Beethovenstraße 13, 22083 Hamburg #GermanLife #BabyFood #TryOrNot #FoodieDaily #Brunch #WeekendBrunch #HamburgGermany
