Checking Out the East Village’s New Michelin-Recommended Pasta Spot 🍝

Just had to the new Michelin-recommended pasta place in the East Village, Forsythia. It’s really quite delicious! 😋 Here are some dishes I tried, just to give you all some ideas! 🍝 Suppli These fried rice balls dipped in cheese are super tangy and savory. They’re absolutely amazing! 🧀 🍝 Polpetta Dal Santo The fried short ribs balls are a bit salty, haha, but they taste really good! 👍🏻 🍝 Orecchiette This pasta with rabbit ragu and white wine is just fantastic. It’s my favorite! 🍽️ 🍝 Tagliatelle The lobster pasta is not too heavy.
