🌟 New York's Three-Michelin-Star Chef’s Table At Brooklyn Fare 🌟 📍 Location: 431 West 37th St, New York, NY 10018. It’s inside a supermarket (Brooklyn Fare)! 🛒 It feels very low-key, but they actually require formal attire! In cold weather, it’s a bit of a struggle. I had to wear warm clothes and then change into a formal dress in the supermarket’s restroom. 🥲 🌺Chef César Ramirez specializes in a fusion of French and Japanese cuisine. The menu is decided based on seasonal ingredients (we went at the end of January). 🌺Before you go, someone will call to ask about any dietary restrictions. I don’t eat mushrooms, and they double-checked before the meal – the experience was excellent! ⚠️ Note: The restaurant clearly states that they cannot accommodate guests with seafood allergies, or those on vegetarian or vegan diets. 🍳 #NewYork #FineDining 🌟
