Chiang Rai Thai Food β A Disappointing Trend-Following Experience ππ«
This Thai restaurant has been hyped up online and even has Michelin recognition. We arrived at 6 PM on a Saturday and waited a full hour to be seated. β³π πππππ Roti Combo: The one decent dish. The fried chicken was juicy and not too dry. The roti was okay, but honestly, store-bought Spring Home paratha is just as good. The curry flavor was nice, but it was watery and thin. π§ πππππ Khao Soi (Northern Thai Curry Noodles): The biggest letdown. The noodles looked crispy but turned soggy in the broth. The curry was so salty we had to add two cups of hot water just to eat it! π£π§ πππππ Pineapple Fried Rice: Way too saltyβcouldnβt finish it. π£ π₯€π₯€π₯€π₯€π₯€ Thai Iced Tea: Averageβnothing special. Overall, itβs just an ordinary Thai spot. If you havenβt tried it, maybe give it a go, but itβs definitely not worth waiting an hour for. π βοΈβ° #ThreeMealsFourSeasons #LosAngeles #California #USA #HypeRestaurant #ThaiFood #ThaiCuisine #LongBeach #FoodReview #NotWorthTheWait #Overrated
