Christmas Day in New York: Open Restaurants 🎉

🎢Christmas Day is probably the busiest day in Chinatown and Little Italy, right? Haha. Most foreign stores are closed, except for chains like Starbucks and McDonald's. Chinatown is packed with foreign friends! Haha. The dim sum restaurants are all lined up with long queues. 🍃 Not wanting to wait in line, I quickly headed to Wu Chang Hao Wei Dao (Taiwan Pork Chop House). It was full, but no need to wait in line! I absolutely love the atmosphere here—simple and down-to-earth, yet very thoughtful. 🍃It's not fancy, but it's truly good value for money. I ordered pork chop rice, pickled vegetable fried rice, salt and pepper chicken, and chicken legs. The total was only $26.5, and they don't charge a service fee by default. I left a $5 tip because the service was so comfortable. 🌊 The chicken was freshly fried and hot, super crispy. It reminded me of Yongshun Fried Chicken back home. Haha. 😂 I even took half of it home to enjoy later. 🌸Taiwan Pork Chop House (Wu Chang Hao Wei Dao) #NYCEating #NYCChristmas 🌟
