This restaurant is recommended by Michelin, but it doesn't have a star. The whole atmosphere is very โNew York Italian,โ and it's perfect for taking great photos๏ฝ๐ธ ๐ฅ ACIDO ACINO Brandy + amaro + honey + sour grape juice. The first sip is bitter, but from the second sip, it starts to get addictive. It gives you that โI don't really understand mixology, but this drink must be expensiveโ feeling. ๐ CARAMELIZED ONION TORTA The legendary caramelized onion tart! Puff pastry + onions + thick goat cheese. It's delicious, but also really rich. A small piece is more than enough. ๐ WOOD-FIRED WHOLE TROUT The whole fish on the plate is simply stunning. It's a big one, with crispy skin and filled with leafy greens and pine nuts. But the dish has a wasabi-like flavor! As someone who can't eat wasabi, I just focused on the fish meat. Haha. ๐ CAVATELLI ALLO SCOGLIO The crab meat pasta surprisingly reminds me of tomato and noodle soup (not in a bad way). My friend is from Shanxi, and she said it's very similar to the tomato and egg cat's ear noodles from her hometown. It made her feel right at home in a second! ๐ฆ DARK CHOCOLATE & ESPRESSO GELATO I ordered the dark chocolate and coffee flavors.
