After work, I headed back to my happy place—Jook Gourmet. This meal was seriously satisfying! Two of us ordered a whole table full, and every single dish was on point. 🌟 🌟We started with half a Salt-Baked Chicken 🐔. The skin was fragrant, the meat was tender, and the saltiness was just right. Highly recommended! Then came my favorite, the Braised Squab 🍖. The skin was crispy, while the inside remained juicy. The meat was delicate and not dry at all. If you’re a squab lover, this is a must-order. For veggies🥬, I can’t recommend the Iron Plate Beef and Chinese Broccoli enough.
