Classic old building, good amenities, too many homeless

🏛️ CLASSIC NYC BUILDING VIBES 🏛️ This is one of those old, classic New York buildings. You get low ceilings, historic (read: very slow) elevators, and a semi-open layout. 🤔 ROOFTOP CAFE: BASIC BUT HAS A VIEW 🤔 The rooftop is nice… in a way. It has a somewhat of a view, but it's largely blocked by the high safety railings. The cafe itself is very basic, from the drinks to the snacks. ✨ CLEANLINESS: SPOTLESS ✨ You can't fault the cleanliness; the place was very clean and well-kept throughout. 👂 NOISE LEVEL: MYSTERIOUS SOUNDS 👂 There were some weird, unexplained noises during our visit. Made by who knows what! 🧳 PEOPLE: HOMELESS PRESENCE 🧳 Way too many homeless individuals going in and out. They use the restrooms to clean themselves and bring their belongings and pets inside… ugh. It significantly impacts the atmosphere. 💻 COMPUTERS: MOSTLY OCCUPIED 💻 They have a good number of computers for public use, but they seemed to be mostly occupied by homeless users. 🛗 ELEVATORS: PATIENCE REQUIRED 🛗 The elevators are very slow. Be prepared for a long wait just to go up a floor. 🧍 STAFF: HANDS-OFF APPROACH 🧍 The staff mainly stayed behind the counters on all floors. I didn't see any active or proactive service being performed. 📍 LOCATION: CENTRAL & CONVENIENT 📍 The location is central and very convenient, which is its biggest asset. #CLASSICNYCBUILDINGVIBES
