🏠 Restaurant Name: The Gallery Cafe 🥥 Location: Colombo 🦀️ Specialty: Western cuisine, grilled dishes 🌟 Located on Paradise Street in Colombo, the surrounding environment is quiet and charming, and it's a treasured spot recommended by 50Best! Upon entering, you'll find an open-air courtyard with a pond covered with lotus leaves, interestingly inhabited by baby sharks. The cafe hosts rotating monthly exhibitions from local artists, and the decor and hangings in the cafe are worth savoring. 🌟 This place used to be the office of the renowned architect Geoffrey Bawa, who allowed the conversion of his gallery into a cafe after his passing in 2003, adding a touch of style. The cafe also houses a small souvenir shop where you can purchase a variety of tableware and stylish canvas bags. 🌟 The food served is decent; we ordered Indonesian fried rice, bolognese pasta, and a fillet steak, paired with a refreshing cocktail～Nothing was disappointing, but nothing was particularly outstanding either.
