Over the past few months, we've stayed at this hotel multiple times while in Nashville for my son's medical appointments. Each time we leave, we're not only impressed by the hotel itself—but even more so by the people who work here. That’s why we keep coming back: they truly make every stay a pleasure. From the bellmen to the front desk, the waitstaff, and the housekeeping team—everyone is consistently helpful, kind, and genuinely caring. Edwin and Darron, in particular, have always been so warm and engaging with our child, making us feel like family. 👨‍👦💙 And let’s talk about Blue Aster—all the servers, including Nick and others whose names I wish I knew, are absolutely top-notch! Their breakfast might just be my favorite in all of Nashville. 🍳🥞 The rooms are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and always impeccably clean. We can’t praise this hotel enough.
