Copenhagen Cofoco | Innovative Nordic Menu

Cofoco has a 4.5-star rating ⭐️ on Google Reviews, focusing on innovative Nordic cuisine. Before trying it, I was skeptical about the authenticity of the 4.5 rating, but after dining there, I found it to be very much worth it! 💖 Service Firstly, the service is really great. They even offer homemade juice for you to taste before making your choice. The staff explains each dish carefully when serving. Menu Options The menu offers choices of 4-course and 5-course meals, as well as à la carte options, with a menu change every six weeks. Figure 2 shows the current menu, and there will be a new menu on November 1st! 🌟 Trying Different Main Courses We wanted to try different main courses, so we opted for à la carte. For appetizers, we ordered Toast with Iberico ham and mussel soup. The mussel soup is incredibly delicious! The waitress pours the creamy soup made from North Sea mussels on top of the smoked cod in front of us, completing a beautiful green ink painting. 🌿🎨 Although it's a creamy soup, it's not greasy at all. The soup is flavorful without being salty. For the main courses, we had baked cod and rib eye steak. The rib eye was decent, but the baked cod was exceptional! The cod meat is tender and firm, paired with lobster sauce and curly kale. My mother seriously said to me, "The kale is really delicious!" 🍃🌶️ The only downside is the limited choice of main courses (just three options), but on the flip side, it's friendly for those with decision fatigue haha. Anyway, my first night in Copenhagen was very enjoyable! 💜 #Copenhagen #CopenhagenFood #NordicTravel
