What stood out to me most was the carrot pasta—a true masterpiece! 🥕🍝 So delicious and satisfying, it proved that vegetarian dishes can be just as memorable as any other. We also tried the crab board and tuna tartare—each dish bursting with unique flavors, freshness, and beautiful presentation. 🦀🐟 What makes Coquette even more special is its history: it opened in 2008, during one of the most uncertain economic periods. 💪📆 The courage to start a restaurant at that time speaks volumes about the passion behind this place.
