Daring to Visit New York's Hardest-to-Book Steakhouse ๐ฆป
4 Charles Prime Rib As everyone knows, 4 Charles Prime Rib is definitely one of the hardest restaurants to get a reservation at in New York. ๐๐ธ I've never managed to secure a spot online. This time, on a whim, we decided to walk in. We waited from 7 PM until 11 PM for our dinner seatingโa four-hour wait! If you have this much perseverance, you can achieve anything, right? ๐ช ๐ Walking into the restaurant, it instantly became clear why it's so hard to get a reservation. The restaurant is located in a semi-basement, and the entire space is quite small, with fewer than ten tables. ๐๐ธThe turnover rate is extremely low, and they hardly turn tables at all. It's like they've mastered the art of scarcity marketing. The overall experience and service are pretty good. The waitstaff is very enthusiastic, but the only downside is the limited space. ๐The tables are placed very close together, which can make it a bit noisy. ๐ถ๏ธ While the menu seems extensive, a closer look reveals that the dishes are quite similar to those at other restaurants in the group. ๐๐ธSo, it's really not necessary to go through all the trouble to get a reservation here. You can enjoy classic steak and eggs, burgers, and a few signature dishes at Au Cheval and Monkey Bar as well. ๐ #New York ๐๐
