Day Three in Japan: Harajuku, Where Tradition Meets Trend 🌟
Harajuku is a truly magical place. On the west side, you have the majestic Meiji Shrine, a place of solemn worship. 🌊🎢 On the east side, Omotesando is the cutting-edge of Japanese fashion. 🌟🌸The combination of these two extremes means that even on the hottest days, tourists flock here to explore, and of course, I'm one of them. 🌿 Whether I was taking my university entrance exams in 2018 or job hunting in 2020, I always made a point to visit Meiji Shrine. 🌊🎢 As one of Tokyo's largest green spaces, the area is shaded by towering trees, making it a few degrees cooler than the outside. When I bought water at the entrance, I deliberately asked the cashier to give me change in the symbolic five-yen coin, which represents good fortune. 🌟🌸 It's like starting the day on a positive note! 🌿 #DayThree #Harajuku
