Delicious Japanese Ramen So Good You’ll Drink the Broth! 🍜

A new Japanese ramen place just opened right by my office—Ramen Ishida Chelsea. I heard from a coworker that this is the most authentic ramen shop in New York, so I decided to give it a try today. 🌇 🍜 I ordered their signature Chicken Truffle Ramen, and it was amazing! The noodles are super thin, and the chicken broth has this rich truffle aroma that’s so flavorful. The meat on top is slightly charred, which adds a nice crispy texture without being greasy. It was so good that I ended up drinking all the broth! 🥢 🍜 I also tried their Octopus Takoyaki, which brought back all those nostalgic childhood flavors. 🦑 The new shop has a really nice ambiance, and there are plenty of seats.
