Delicious Ramen Spot in Buffalo: Sato 🍜

✅Coming from the West Coast, I’ll be honest—I didn’t have high expectations for Asian food quality in this part of the country. But Sato was a wonderful surprise! ✅We loved their ramen, sushi rolls, and salads. It was also great to see they have a kids' menu. Their beer selection was a hit with us, too. The service was exceptionally attentive and friendly. 🥙The restaurant is cozy and often busy, but the team never rushes—each bowl of ramen is carefully crafted with time and precision. 🥙 We ordered the signature Spicy Miso Ramen, and the first spoonful of broth was so rich and flavorful it practically made my eyebrows jump! The noodles had the perfect chew, the toppings were generous, and the bowl was huge—bigger than my face 👍. 🍝Sitting at the counter, we got to watch the chefs prepare the noodles and broth step by step—such an immersive experience! 🍝They also have a good variety of drinks that paired perfectly with the ramen.
