During my conference week, I ate at Blue Island Oyster Bar two days in a row — that’s how good it is! The first time, I UberEats’d their lobster roll — so fresh and sweet, I knew I had to visit in person. So the next day, I grabbed a ride straight to the restaurant! 📍 Blue Island Oyster Bar 🍲 Clam Chowder – Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. How does a landlocked city get seafood this fresh?! It’s pricier than even Boston’s, but totally worth it. 🚫 Skip the crab sushi — pretty average. 🍽 Mains I Loved: Chilean Seabass – So tender and bouncy, served with buttery baby potatoes 🥔 Lobster Mac & Cheese – Indulgent, cheesy, loaded with lobster 🧀🦞 I cleaned my plate both times — and honestly, I’ll be dreaming about this place even back in Toronto.
