Located on the first floor of The Ritz-Carlton in downtown Denver, Elway’s is one of my favorite fine dining spots in the city! 🏙️🍷 Ambience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant is elegant and private, with mood lighting perfect for dates or special gatherings 💫📸. The décor blends seamlessly with The Ritz-Carlton’s luxurious vibe—clean and sophisticated. I sat in a semi-private booth at the back, surrounded by quiet serenity—no distractions! 🛋️🌙 Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Impeccable fine dining service! 🎩🤵 Staff were attentive but never intrusive. When my husband asked about whiskey options, the server knew the menu well and even brought us a thick whiskey booklet 🥃📖. Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered one appetizer, two steaks, and two sides (plus drinks!). Calamari Appetizer: decent but forgettable 🦑😐. Steaks: Absolutely delicious! 😍🔥 I had the medium-rare rib eye, and my husband tried the priciest cut on the menu—both were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Meat lovers, don’t miss this! 🥩💯 Sides: The mushrooms were fresh and juicy 🍄❤️; the mashed potatoes were creamy but average 🥔👌. Complimentary Bread: Quite good! 🥖✨ Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For fine dining, Elway’s offers great value! 💰👍 Portions are generous, and prices, while high, feel justified.
