Located on the ground floor of the Ritz-Carlton in downtown Denver, Elway’s has become one of my favorite upscale dining spots in the city! 🏙️ Ambience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant is beautifully designed and offers an intimate, elegant vibe — perfect for dates or special gatherings 💑🍾. The lighting sets a warm and sophisticated mood, and it’s totally Instagram-worthy 📸. The decor blends seamlessly with the Ritz-Carlton’s luxury aesthetic — clean, polished, and classy. We were seated in a semi-private booth toward the back, with no other guests nearby — so peaceful and relaxing! 👏 Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service met true fine dining standards — attentive but not intrusive. When my husband asked about whiskey options, the server was knowledgeable and brought over a thick, impressive drink menu 📖🥃. 🍽️ Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered: Calamari (appetizer) – decent but not memorable Two Steaks – absolutely delicious! I had the medium-rare ribeye 👌, and my husband tried the most expensive cut on the menu — both were superb! 🥩🔥 Meat lovers, don’t miss these! Two Sides: Mushrooms – juicy and flavorful 🍄 Mashed Potatoes – creamy but not particularly special 🥔 Complimentary bread – quite nice! 💵 Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For a fine dining restaurant, Elway’s offers fair value. Portions are generous, and while it’s on the pricier side, it’s not outrageous — you get what you pay for. Drinks can get expensive, but the selection includes many rare finds.
