Michelin-recommended Sushi Den has been named Denver's best restaurant multiple years in a row. As a Japanese food lover, I visited for my birthday! 🍽️ What we ordered: 🍣 Catch of the Day — includes fish flown in daily from Japan. We had uni, Japanese snapper, and sweet shrimp — all incredibly fresh and flavorful. A sashimi lover’s dream! 🍱 Deluxe Sushi Dinner — $42 for sashimi, sushi, a roll, salad, and miso soup. Great value! The miso soup was exceptional, and even the simple hand roll was delicious. 🐟 Appetizer: Miso Black Cod — tasty, but not as mind-blowing as some reviews suggested. The ambiance is nice, though a bit tight on space.
