We went on a Saturday around 6 PM: β³ 10-min wait for hot pot | β³ 40+ min wait for BBQ So we went with hot pot β and it was a delicious surprise! π° Dinner AYCE: $29 per person (drinks ordered separately) π The Meat: Tender, melt-in-your-mouth, and mostly lean cuts β perfect if youβre not into fatty brisket. Easy to chew, even for those with sensitive teeth! π² Broth & Ingredients: Over 10 soup bases β we tried the tofu pot, which tasted just like Korean sundubu jjigae π Meat is ordered from servers; veggies and sauces are self-serve Sauce bar isnβt super Chinese-style, but it has green onion, garlic, cilantro β and the sesame sauce is unique, almost like a salad dressing (I loved it!) Veggie section feels like a Chinese mala tang setup Wide noodle selection + dumplings π₯ Seafood area with shrimp & oysters π¦π¦ͺ Kimchi is tasty too! πΊ Drinks: The beer our server recommended is apparently the most popular one in Korea β and my partner loved it.
