🍣 Denver Japanese Cuisine | Uchi Review 🎌

Heard from many that Uchi is a must-try sushi spot in Denver — and it did not disappoint! (We later found out they also have a location in Miami, but the chain isn’t super widespread across the U.S.) Overall, it was a great experience — definitely worth visiting if budget isn’t your main concern 💸 We took an Uber there — the area’s pretty quiet. We had to wait a bit at the door (they usually require reservations far in advance, but we walked in as tourists). Our server was super friendly and social — when he heard we were from New York, the sushi chef sent us a complimentary starter: Hama Chili 🌶️, and it was delicious! We missed happy hour, so we ordered from the regular menu.
