Dim Sum Restaurant in Santa Barbara--China Pavilion

Crab and Shrimp Dumplings ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 The shrimp dumplings are huge! Each one contains 2-3 shrimps packed with a generous amount of crab powder, which is fantastic. Black Gold Custard Buns ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 The salted sweet custard buns are really great! Red Oil Wontons ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 I particularly love red oil wontons. The wontons here have very thin skins and a decent amount of meat filling. The red oil is fragrant and not too spicy. Coconut Tapioca with Taro ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I really enjoy this dish! The tapioca is soft and chewy, and the taro is finely chopped and aromatic without being overly sweet. The coconut milk is also not too sweet. Pork Potstickers ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 They are not very crispy when fried, but surprisingly, they are quite tasty. A serving is four pieces, and I forgot to take a photo. The soy sauce and vinegar they serve are particularly delicious, and I really enjoy them! 🚩China Pavilion 1202 Chapala St.Santa Barbara. CA93101 #Santa Barbara#China Pavilion#food diary
