Dined at Carbone in New York! 🌊

It’s said to be one of the hardest restaurants to book in New York. 🎡 I booked a month in advance (a $50 reservation fee per person on Resy, which is deducted from the final bill). 🌟 The white truffle ravioli was perfection! The filling was ricotta cheese—it was the epitome of creamy goodness. 🌅 The pre-meal combination of bread, salami, and mozzarella was also amazing, but after seeing that refills cost extra, I decided to pass. 🌸 I didn’t order the spicy rigatoni in Hong Kong, but I did in New York, and I still prefer white sauce pasta. 🍃 The ribeye Diana was just okay—nothing special. 🌺 Seeing the portion sizes of the desserts at the next table made me too scared to order! 😂😂😂 Overall, it was way better than the one in Hong Kong. 🌇 #ItalianCuisine #CarboneNYC 🌿
