Dined at Carbone in New York! ๐
Itโs said to be one of the hardest restaurants to book in New York. ๐ก I booked a month in advance (a $50 reservation fee per person on Resy, which is deducted from the final bill). ๐ The white truffle ravioli was perfection! The filling was ricotta cheeseโit was the epitome of creamy goodness. ๐ The pre-meal combination of bread, salami, and mozzarella was also amazing, but after seeing that refills cost extra, I decided to pass. ๐ธ I didnโt order the spicy rigatoni in Hong Kong, but I did in New York, and I still prefer white sauce pasta. ๐ The ribeye Diana was just okayโnothing special. ๐บ Seeing the portion sizes of the desserts at the next table made me too scared to order! ๐๐๐ Overall, it was way better than the one in Hong Kong. ๐ #ItalianCuisine #CarboneNYC ๐ฟ
