🌿Etch is a modern-style restaurant well-suited for business dinners or small gatherings with friends. 🔆The servers proactively inquire about dietary restrictions when taking orders, and both the ambiance and service are excellent. 💎The filet mignon is one of the best dishes I've ever had. The wahoo special of the day was delightful. 🌈We started with well-crafted cocktails and octopus/shrimp bruschetta, then shared a horseradish Caesar salad and, interestingly, a crispy potato salad. We finished the meal with sugar-dusted fried dough. 📷Considering the price, the wine list wasn't particularly impressive, but overall, I would happily repeat this meal.
