Dinner at Nobu in Las Vegas 🍣✨

After plenty of steak and BBQ in Vegas, tonight we switched it up with Japanese cuisine at Nobu! 🍱🎌 It was such a refreshing change of pace – stepping into that serene, beautifully designed space felt like entering a whole different world after all the lively Vegas energy! 🌙✨ Nobu specializes in Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes. The creativity on the menu is truly impressive – each dish feels like a work of art! 🎨🍽️ The two types of sashimi we had as cold starters were excellent 🐟💫 – so fresh they practically melted in our mouths! The three hot dishes we ordered were also satisfying 🔥🍲, with complex flavors that kept us wanting more with every bite! We tried four different desserts—all delicious! 🍡🍨 Each one was a perfect sweet ending to our meal! The only letdown was the sushi—three words: not good 👎🍣.
