Discover Denver's Most Unique Hotel! 🏨✨

During my recent trip to Denver to visit friends, I stumbled upon the Crawford Hotel – and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem! 🎉❤️ This charming hotel is situated directly above Denver’s iconic Union Station, a historic transportation hub that first opened in 1881. 🚉🕰️ With its classic red-brick exterior and towering clock tower, it was once the tallest building west of the Mississippi River! Despite facing challenges over the years – including a devastating fire in 1894 – this resilient station still stands strong and fully functional today! 🔥🏗️ The blend of its historic architecture with modern touches and Beaux-Arts design creates a uniquely comforting atmosphere for travelers. The hotel’s lobby (which is essentially just a front desk) is tucked into a corner of the station’s grand hall. Unfortunately, much of the main area and the second and third floors were under renovation during my visit – otherwise, I would’ve taken tons of photos! 📸✨ The space is stunningly beautiful! Thanks to the ongoing renovations, room rates were surprisingly affordable – just over $200 per night (prices may vary by date)! 🎊💸 And the rooms themselves are newly renovated, clean, and thoughtfully designed with lovely details. 🛏️🌸 The station hall is also home to a chill coffee shop 🍵, a cute ice cream parlor 🍦, and a classic casual eatery.
