Discovered a Highly Value-for-Money Delicious Restaurant! 🍽️🌟

Had my first ever exquisite and formal dinner at a restaurant. I found this place online, and it has a high rating on Google Maps. It's a restaurant that leans towards local Dutch cuisine. The space is quite small, and the seating is a bit cramped, but it's a cozy, small and beautiful restaurant~ Appetizer: Fried goat cheese balls. The outer skin is very crispy, and the core is still in a flowing texture of cheese, with a perfectly balanced taste. The aroma of the cheese is slightly lacking, but when paired with salad and sauce, the flavor becomes richer. Main Course: 🍽️ Traditional Dutch Pork Knuckle is amazing!! Unlike the German version, it doesn't have crispy pork skin, but the meat is very tender and falls off the bone when roasted. The seasoning is simple, with a touch of salt bringing out the full-bodied meat aroma. And the price is very affordable at 19 euros, which is enough for a person to have a big pork knuckle with a small drink. 🍽️ Dutch Home Stew is also wonderful. Simply described, it's a kind of baked mashed potato mixture. Break through the surface of the roasted mashed potatoes, and underneath, there's plenty of ground beef, as well as cauliflower, onions, and other vegetables. It's so satisfying to eat while it's hot and steaming! Dessert: Apple Tart. The biggest difference from the apple tarts I've had before is that there's very little flour, and apart from the base and edges, it's filled with apples. The soft apple chunks perfectly blend with the aroma of cinnamon and caramel, making it the perfect dessert for cinnamon lovers. This meal is quite cost-effective, 1 appetizer + 2 main courses + 1 dessert + 2 drinks = 59 euros, and two people can eat very full. I recommend giving it a try. Eating delicious, hot local food in a foreign country, in a small family restaurant, the owner and his wife warmly introduce the food to you, and after you finish your plate, they praise you and are very happy, just like talking to your mom at home, the sense of happiness is multiplied. Perhaps I will go to this restaurant many times in the future because it made me feel this warmth for the first time. #MyLife #Netherlands #Amsterdam #HiddenGemRestaurant
