I’m not kidding—you’ll regret it if you skip this. The restaurant itself might not be worth a special trip, but grab this corn if you pass by 🌽! Obsessed.😅 Do NOT order the Slider Trio. Indescribably mediocre—I can’t get behind it. 🍽️ Slider Trio💬 Skip it. The buns are bad, the fillings are way too salty, and there’s barely any meat. A very "soulless" dish. 🍽️ Polite Caesar Salad💬 Just okay… not fresh enough. 🍽️ Butcher Board Platter💬 This is worth ordering! Great value ~ The platter has 3 meats, 2 dinner rolls, and you can pick 2 sides. You can also add extra ribs or smoked turkey. I recommend adding ribs—they’re the best of the meats! Though overall, the smoke flavor is a bit heavy for me. Huge portion, good for sharing if you want to try all the smoked meats . But the dinner rolls are a disaster—terrible! If you’re a corn lover, this is non-negotiable—I am, and I ate two by myself! The cheese is rich, and there’s a crispy topping (not sure what it is, but amazing). This was the highlight of the meal. Not crispy or fragrant at all. Tastes like fried food that’s been sitting out too long—soft, oily, and underwhelming. This restaurant in Disney Springs was our first meal when we arrived that night. It’s very Mexican-inspired. Overall, the food is salty and bold-flavored. It gets busy, so remember to make a reservation!
