šShiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya [Epcot Park]š 200 Epcot Center Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830š° ~$35 per person š„° Must order Beef Yaki-Udon! Itās absolutely delicious, with a huge portionāso generous!š Skip the sashimi. Not fresh at all! But Iām not mad, since itās in a theme park after all.Recommendation rating: š½š½š½ š½ Salmon Sashimiš¬ Not fresh⦠tastes bad, boohoo š. š½ Kushi Skewersš¬ I got chicken, beef, shrimp, mushroom, and zucchini. Overall, too salty! The chicken and beef are overcooked. Mushrooms are okay, but zucchini is also salty. Whatās up with that? š½š½ Dragon Roll (Grilled Eel, Avocado, Cucumber, Tempura Shrimp, Wasabi Mayo)š¬ This sushi roll is so fragrant, girls! The eel is crispy and savory. The wasabi mayo has a unique textureāI tried it for the first time! Itās amazing, guys. Not sure if everyone will love it, but I definitely do! Itās a combination Iāve never had before. The wasabi mayo replaces plain wasabi, which is super special. š½š½ Beef Yaki-Udonš¬ This is also incredibly tasty! I noticed almost every table ordered itāfor good reason! Itās rich, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. The portion is massiveāenough for 3-4 people⦠Friends, I couldnāt believe my eyes when it arrived! Why is it so big? The only downside: the beef is a bit tough. Maybe itās because the restaurant is busy, but overall, the experience is fantastic! It has mushrooms, zucchini, cucumber, veggies, carrots, and beef! š½ Ishiyaki-Sukiyaki Riceš¬ Itās okay, not super impressive! But my friend thinks itās better than the udonāhe loved it more. The meat isnāt traditional fatty beef slices; itās strips of beef. I find it a bit tough, but the presentation is funāthe server does a flame ceremony, haha. Itās decent, worth ordering if you want something different.š I think the reason the food is on the salty side is because the restaurant is packed and the chefs are swamped. But honestly, this place is great! Itās a must-try at Orlando Disneyāeven if it were outside the park, itād be a solid Japanese restaurant. Make a reservation in advance, guys! For a park restaurant, itās way better than expected. I used to have low expectations for park food, but this place nails it. Iād even go back to Disney just for their sushi and udon, haha! Itās really good, friends.š½š½ #DisneyOrlandoRestaurants #OrlandoGuide #WhereToGoOnVacation #Orlando #OrlandoTravel #USA #OrlandoHotels #OrlandoDisney #TravelTheWorld #DisneyMagicDaily
