That’s when I reached out to her, and our first meeting was at Substance Café. Now, as she’s about to return to her home country, I thought the perfect way to wrap things up would be to revisit Substance Café for one last cup. Since 2015, I’ve traveled the globe, visiting over 1,000 cafes, each time carefully exploring and savoring the coffee. Yet, I’ve never encountered a place quite like Substance. What sets it apart? Passion and enthusiasm—qualities that Joachim, the owner, embodies completely. He treats every customer and every cup of coffee with utmost care and dedication, never cutting corners. His energy and commitment are palpable, and anyone who’s been there would agree.☕️ ☕️Now, let’s talk about the coffee. From roasting his own beans to crafting his menu and perfecting his brewing techniques, Joachim approaches everything with the precision of a competition.
