On my first day of city walk in Brussels, I spotted this super interesting and highly-rated cocktail bar on the map—Chemistry & Botanic’s . The vibe seemed right up my alley, so I decided to walk in. As soon as I entered, the place was packed and buzzing! 🎉 Within two seconds of standing confused at the door, a server came over and asked, *"Need any help?"* I replied, *"Do I need a reservation?"* She said, *"Normally no, but today’s booked for a private party."* 😅 So I made a graceful exit (not really) and vowed to return the next day. For a bar, it opens pretty early—5:30 PM ! ⏰ After a half-day trip to Leuven, I headed straight from Central Station for my well-deserved drink. The interior is filled with lush greenery, so even though I was flying solo, I had a potted plant 🪴 across from me for company. Cheers to that! 🥂 Since I prefer tart cocktails , the bartender recommended the Mexican Snowflake . A solid choice for casual sipping!
