I finally got to try Michelin two-star kaiseki cuisine! 🌟✨ It was an experience that truly elevated my senses and made me appreciate the art of fine dining even more. 😋 🍲 Ending my Thanksgiving trip to New York with some fine dining was the perfect way to cap off the experience. The restaurant’s ambiance was serene and elegant, setting the stage for a memorable meal. 🌃 Each dish was a delightful surprise, perfectly in tune with the seasonal flavors. From the delicate balance of textures to the vibrant colors on the plate, every course was a work of art. 🍔 The two main courses were perhaps a bit more ordinary compared to the other dishes, but they still showcased the chef’s skill in crafting flavors that were both familiar and comforting. 🥩 🍴 *In my opinion, the best part was the final dessert—ice cream with a warm, autumnal chestnut flavor! 🌰 It had this cozy, comforting quality that felt like a perfect ending to a wonderful meal.
