Eating in Vegas 🥳🤩 Part 1
This Vegas trip was a longer one, so we got to try lots of delicious spots — definitely worth documenting! 🍔 Gordon Ramsay Burger Our first stop after landing! This trendy burger spot is from the chef of Hell’s Kitchen fame. Usually has long lines, but we visited during the off-season and got seated right away. We ordered the signature Foie Gras Burger and the 24-Hour Burger (about $50 each — my first time spending that much on a burger 😅). The foie gras burger was rich and fragrant but got a bit heavy after a few bites. Personally, I preferred the 24-Hour Burger — the veggies and tangy sauce added great texture and flavor. The regular fries were way too salty, but the truffle fries (and their dipping sauce!) were delicious and aromatic. ✅ Mission accomplished: tried the most expensive burger of my life! 🌮🇨🇳 China Poblano A creative Chinese-Mexican fusion spot. We tried the Road to Xi’an (hand-pulled noodles) and Wonton Noodles. The portions were small, but the noodles were perfectly chewy, and the pickled mushrooms added a lovely tangy kick — so tasty! 😍 🍣 Zuma Saw rave reviews online and went for the mid-tier omakase. Everything was tasty, though few dishes truly stood out (my boyfriend said it’s because we’ve eaten a lot of high-end Japanese food 😂). Highlights: an exceptionally thin and crispy tempura shrimp — tender and juicy inside. And the dessert platter was stunning — a lava cake, pudding, even the cookie sticks were crispy and flavorful. Fun fact: the same restaurant in the Maldives costs twice as much — so eating here felt like a steal! #LasVegasEats #VegasFoodie #GordonRamsayBurger #ZumaLasVegas #FoodDiary 🍔🍣🎉
