Eating My Way Down the Strip! After 7 Trips to Las Vegas

Listed in order along the Strip hotels: Bellagio: ✅ Picasso ($$$, 4.5/5) – Former 2‑Michelin‑star French. Original Picasso artwork inside. Under $200 pp, still Michelin‑level in taste, ambiance, and service. Michael Mina ($$$, 4/5) – Former 1‑star. Lobster pot pie is iconic! Fresh seafood, slightly salty. ✅ Jasmine ($$$, 5/5) – Repeat visitor here! Cantonese seafood — my absolute favorite. ❎ Le Cirque ($$$$, 3/5) – Former 1‑star traditional French. $300+ pp for 9 courses… too long, got sleepy, flavors were just okay. Yellowtail ($$$, 4/5) – American‑style Japanese. Sashimi is fresh — just overpriced. ❎ Lago ($$, 2/5) – Italian. Tried brunch — overpriced and salty. Noodles ($$, 3.5/5) – Hong Kong‑style. Solid flavors, great late‑night option. Aria: ✅ Din Tai Fung ($$, 4.5/5) – The best DTF I’ve had in the U.S.! Catch ($$$, 4/5) – Japanese‑fusion. A bit pricey but good. The outdoor decor is Insta‑worthy! Palazzo/Venetian: Wakuda ($$$$, 3.5/5) – American‑Japanese (see my earlier review). Hong Kong Café ($$, 4/5) – Dim sum is surprisingly good! ✅ Mott32 ($$$, 5/5) – Peking duck & BBQ pork buns = YYDS! Paiza – Members‑only restaurant on the 50th floor of Palazzo. 24/7, Cantonese‑focused, very nice. Sushi Samba ($$$, 3.5/5) – American‑Japanese rolls and Wagyu are decent. Wynn/Encore: ❎ Wing Lei ($$$, 1/5) – Not good. Skip it! Urth Caffé ($$, 4/5) – Great atmosphere, perfect for a break while shopping at Wynn. Other Affordable Favorites: ✅ Ping Pang Pong – The #1 dim sum in Vegas! ✅ Gordon Ramsay Burger – Must‑try burger! So good, I’ll fight you if you disagree 😉🍔 ✅ 88 Noodle Papa – Authentic Hong Kong‑style eatery. Gangnam BBQ – Classic Korean BBQ — delicious! #LasVegas #VegasEats #LasVegasFood #VegasTravel #StripEats #FoodieGuide
