Eddie V’s Prime Seafood — Denver Food Stop
Around $70 per person — a seafood-focused fine dining spot with a touch of French influence, but tasting surprisingly Chinese-fusion in style 🍽️✨. I loved the steamed fish — tender and simple, really tasted like traditional Chinese steamed fish, letting the freshness shine 🐟👌. My friend got the seasonal bacon-wrapped steak — also really good 🥩❤️. For appetizers, options were limited. The lobster taco was tasty, but others fell short: Calamari felt too oily, like fast-food style 🦑 Fried tuna sushi — rice too thick, crisp too thin — not great 🍣 Oysters were fresh though! 🦪 Crab fried rice had a strong mirin/sake seasoning that tasted a bit off 🍚 Dessert: banana pudding was delicious 🍌🍮, and they even did a flambé presentation — service was excellent 🔥👍. #EddieVs #DenverFood #SeafoodDining #FineDiningDenver #FoodReview #DateNightEats 🍷🐟
