- Edinburgh is such a beautiful and charming city! I've been here twice and still love it so much ๐. I've discovered this hidden gem of a Nepalese restaurant! Five stars all the way! ๐ - It's located in the bustling Old Town. ๐ฐ - The front looks like a small cafรฉ, but the interior is full of authentic Nepalese decor. It brings back memories of when I volunteered a few years ago and experienced Holi. ๐ - The portions are super generous, and the flavors are rich and complex. I ordered dhal with roasted chicken, which was so fragrant. My boyfriend got a whole lamb leg, which was mind-blowing! ๐ - The lamb leg comes with a rich, non-greasy sauce that pairs perfectly with the Garlic Naan. This place makes the best garlic naan I've ever had! Clean plate! โ - For dessert, we had plain Kulfi. The spice flavors are strong and authenticโlike a mix of nutmeg and cardamom. It might be too intense for some people ๐, but I love the Indian spices! It's a matter of taste. ๐จ - The service is excellent!
