Dip was tasty, though not mind-blowing. 🔹 Course 3: Pan-Seared Sea Bass Crispy skin, melt-in-your-mouth fish + buttery beans = 😘👌 🔹 Course 4: Chef’s Nigerian Heritage Dish (Turkey) Herb-packed Argentine chimichurri + tender turkey + long-stem broccoli 🦃🌿—FLAVOR BOMB! The chef changes dishes nightly based on global inspirations (way more effort than Six by Nico—more on that later!). Portions? HUGE.
