Enchanting Stay with Minor Hiccups 🏨✨

From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the understated yet luxurious decor—every detail felt thoughtfully designed. The hotel’s restaurant served exceptional breakfast and dinner, making our dining experiences truly delightful 🍽️🌅. As a member, I received a complimentary drink voucher, and the front desk kindly offered an extra one for my husband—a warm and welcoming gesture that we appreciated 🥂👏. The room rates were reasonable given the prime location, and our room service experience was prompt and satisfying 🛎️✅. However, our 3 AM checkout process was less smooth. Only one gentleman was available at the front desk, and though he was polite, he couldn’t process our checkout or help retrieve a voicemail from our room phone. We waited nearly 10 minutes until another staff member arrived to assist. This was inconvenient and slightly disappointing 🕒😔. That said, it wasn’t a deal-breaker.
