Engetsu Island
Engetsu Island is the most famous spot in Shirahama. π’π We stopped by to take some photos on our way to the Kyoto University Aquarium with the kids. π ππΏHamaginza Shopping Street is conveniently located near Shirahama Beach and Engetsu Island, with plenty of dining options. We ate at three different places and enjoyed every meal. π π’π Kagerou by Fukuryo is a must-visit for dessert lovers. We took a taxi specifically for their breakfast and ordered a plate. πͺ ππΏEnergy Land is right next to Shirahama Beach. It costs 2,000 yen for adults and is suitable for older children, featuring both indoor and outdoor amusement areas. It educates about clean energy with 3D animations, a Jurassic , visual illusion 3D paintings, mazes, and more. π’π We spent two hours there, cooling off after a day at the beach. Note that there are many stairs, so strollers aren't allowed. The restaurant at the top offers an amazing ocean view. π #Japan ππΏ
