📷When my friends were enthusiastically recommending bars on Broadway, I almost followed the crowd into the neon-lit Tootsies—luckily, the faded "Robert's Western World" sign caught my eye. 🎸 When we walked in at 11 p.m., the lead singer was performing "Mama Tried." After we finished the legendary fried bologna sandwich (only $3.50!), 🍃we realized the band had already changed for the third time—it turns out the musicians here play in shifts from noon until the early hours of the morning! 🌭 But the moment I took a bite of the bologna sandwich, I understood: the savory meat juices mixed with the tangy crunch of pickles, paired with a sip of ice-cold beer, felt incredibly satisfying.
