Squab 🐦 This was supposed to be the finest squab, but it had a bit of a gamey taste. The meat in the middle was almost raw, and paired with the foie gras mousse on the side, this dish was really heavy. Overall, it was just okay. 🍖 Wagyu 🍖 Even though I didn’t get to eat much, I thought this main course was better. The meat was tender and the sauce was flavorful. 🌟 Dessert 1️⃣ Chai Ice Cream 🍦 This was a palate cleanser with a low memory point, but another Eastern element? I’m really curious about the chef’s connection to Eastern cuisine. 🍂 Dessert 2️⃣ Chocolate Tart 🍫 This one was a pleasant surprise. I thought it would be heavy, but it wasn’t greasy at all. I could have eaten another one. Unlike some other French desserts that are overly sweet, this one was just right! 🌺 #MyGoldenHour 🌇🌟
